The mission of Chafer Theological Seminary is to glorify God by partnering with local churches to effectively train Bible teachers and properly equip disciples for service in building up the body of Christ.  CTS was founded in 1993 with the expressed intent of equipping the saints of Christ's church with the necessary disciplines and tools for conveying God's Word to God's people.

 

There are many options today for obtaining a theological degree or taking theological classes. Chafer's unique focus upon biblical exegesis, and extended study and proficiency in the languages of the Bible sets this seminary apart from many online and resident institutions.  The school's partnership with the local church is unique in that the students are the members of a local body and the training received from CTS should translate over to

• Master of Theology/ThM (120 Hours and a Thesis) 

• Master of Biblical Studies/MBS (55 Hours of Classes in Bible/Theology, Greek, and Hebrew; No Thesis)

• 1-Year Certificates in Varying Fields of Study
